Step-by-Step Fabrication Workflow:

  1. Design & Engineering

    • Technical drawings and 3D models are created using industry-standard software.

    • All design processes are reviewed for structural integrity, manufacturability, and compliance with relevant codes (EN, AWS, ASME).

    • Coordination with the client’s technical team ensures alignment with project goals.

  2. Material Procurement

    • Raw materials are sourced from certified suppliers.

    • All materials are inspected upon arrival to verify conformity with technical and mechanical requirements.

    • Material traceability is maintained from entry to final assembly.

  3. Cutting & Shaping

    • Steel sections are cut, drilled, and shaped using CNC and high-precision equipment.

    • Dimensional checks are performed at each stage to ensure accuracy.

  4. Welding & Assembly

    • All welding is performed by qualified welders in accordance with EN ISO 3834-2, AWS, and ASME standards.

    • Welded components are assembled into substructures under controlled workshop conditions.

  5. Surface Preparation & Coating

    • Shot blasting, cleaning, and protective coating processes are applied.

    • Paint and coatings are selected based on project and environmental requirements.

  6. Quality Inspection & Documentation

    • Each stage is inspected by certified quality control staff.

    • Dimensional, weld, and surface checks are performed.

    • Full documentation (ITPs, weld maps, material certificates) is compiled and submitted to the client when required.

  7. Packaging & Delivery

    • Completed components are securely packed and labeled.

    • Transportation is arranged according to the project timeline and destination logistics.
